999 Mart Return and Exchange Policy

At 999 Mart, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns and exchanges subject to the following terms and conditions:

Return Policy

We accept returns for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.

 

To initiate a return, please contact our customer service team at info@999mart.pk within 24 hours of receiving your order. Our customer service team will provide you with instructions on how to return the item.

Please note that we do not accept returns for items that are damaged after delivery or for items that have been used.

Exchange Policy

We accept exchanges for items that are defective or damaged upon receipt. To be eligible for an exchange, the item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. The item must also be in the original packaging.

No Return for Damaged Items

We do not accept returns for items that are damaged after delivery. It is the customer’s responsibility to inspect the item upon receipt and to notify us of any damage within 24 hours of delivery.

Shipping Costs

If you are returning an item, you will be responsible for paying for the shipping costs to return the item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

If you are exchanging an item, we will cover the cost of shipping the replacement item to you.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If your refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your original method of payment. Refunds may take up to 10 business days to appear on your account, depending on your bank or credit card issuer.
